Rosemary Rum Punch
• 1.5 spiced rum
• .5 Townshend's Sweet Tea spirit
• .5 light brown sugar 2:1 simple syrup
• 1.5 orange juice from fresh squeezed mini oranges
• .Bar spoon of chili fig jam
• 3 dashes angostura bitters
• 6 dashes orange bitters
Shaken with about 20 rosemary leaves and double strained into a highball glass with fresh ice. Top with crushed ice if available.
Pear & Thyme Martini
• 1.5 spiced rum
• .75 Townshend's Smoke Tea spririt
• .25 fresh ginger syrup
• 1 fresh made pear purée
Shaken really well and served up

• 1.5 Peanut Butter Whiskey
• .75 fresh made blackberry syrup
• .75 cream or milk
• whole egg
Dry shake wet shake double strain over a big cube (if you have it) in a double old fashioned glass
Blue Lemon Gin Sour
• 1.5 Gin
• .5 Pure cane simple syrup
• .75 fresh squeezed lemon juice
• .5 fresh made blueberry syrup
• whites from 1 egg
Dry shake, wet shake, double strain and serve up
Basil Gin N' Juice
• 2 Gin
• .75 fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
• .5 pure cane simple syrup
• 4 dashes Peychaud's bitters
Shaken with about 5 basil leaves, double strained and served up
